LifeCity provides investors with professional research analysts and ethnographers who can speak with diverse audiences to assess quantitative and qualitative impacts. For example, we assessed the impact of Oasis Fresh Market, a full-service grocery store in a historically disinvested neighborhood in Tulsa, OK. The store is the first Black-owned grocery store in North Tulsa in decades and functions as a hub for the local community to access healthy food and social and economic resources.
