Quentin L. Messer, Jr. to Serve on City of New Orleans Stimulus Command Task Force

The City of New Orleans has created a Stimulus Command Task Force to advise Mayor Cantrell and her Administration on the most effective and inclusive ways to leverage the incoming American Rescue Plan dollars to create a positive transformative impact in our city.
