As Deputy Mayor Cedric Grant noted at the Greater New Orleans Foundation's Urban Water Series, zoning is key to better water management. Article 23 is the landscaping and stormwater section of the ordinance, this is where the GNO Urban Water Plan can have the most impact. Public meetings have ended, but you can still submit comments via email to cpcinfo@nola.gov throughNovember 30. All the links and information you need can be found at the New Orleans City Planning website.
