As the responsibility of childrearing becomes more equitably distributed among parents, it is socially beneficial to provide paternity leave. Because paternity leave is not popular in the United States, offering this benefit would make your organization very appealing to any worker considering a family.

New Orleans is more socially and economically healthy when its citizens are happier and able to take personal time to manage their lives.
