Local Purchasing

Localization is a dynamic method to promote the sustainable local economy. Primary use of local suppliers involves choosing local producers and suppliers over outside sources.

Why this Matters

For My Organization

Buying local goods keeps dollars in the local economy, which can ultimately help promote your organization. Buying local also reduces carbon emissions through transport, and helps support entrepreneurship.

For New Orleans

New Orleans is unlike any other city in the world.  By choosing to  support locally owned businesses, you help maintain New Orleans'  diversity and distinctive flavor.

Cost

Cost may be slightly more expensive, depending on product/service
