This awards ceremony promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with music, delicious local food, and most importantly, celebration of the local business leaders in our community who have made great strides to build a more sustainable New Orleans. Over 150 businesses will compete for Sustainability Excellence and Susatinability Achievement in Greater New Orleans. See a list of the top 2015 contestants on our blog competing for awards in 8 categories, and be there to vote for the People’s Choice Award!

Keynote Speaker: Senior Policy Counsel at the US EPA, Matt Bogoshian, advises the Obama administration on how manufacturing supply chains profit from adopting sustainable practices.

Guest Speaker: Environmental Services Manager of the Port of New Orleans, Amelia Pellegrin, supports the Port’s pollution prevention and community outreach efforts to positively impact Louisiana’s environment.

Host: Chief Sustainability Officer of LifeCity, Liz Shephard, supporting businesses in making social and environmental profitable.

Master of Ceremonies: Comedic Writer and Producer of Sunken City, CJ Hunt, advocates for sustainable business innovation through humor.
