In connection with the exhibition l’dor v’dor: From Generation to Generation, Jewish Women and Their Impact on New Orleans, please join us for a conversation with philanthropic leaders Tamara Kreinin, Beth Shapiro Lavin, Sandy Levy and Linda Usdin. Explore their perspectives and approaches to philanthropic giving in New Orleans.
The exhibit will be open prior to the talk which will begin at 6 pm in the Playhouse at Longue Vue House and Gardens. Light refreshments will be served.
The speakers are leaders in their fields—locally, nationally, and internationally. Tamara Kreinin is Director of Population and Reproductive Health for the David and Lucille Packard Foundation; Beth Shapiro Lavin is Director of Development for the Contemporary Arts Center; Sandy Levy is Executive Director of the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana, and Linda Usain is President of swamplily, llc.
Please arrive at 5:00pm if you wish to view the exhibit. The program will begin at 5:30pm in the Playhouse.
