Green Card Member, Marie Ould, shared this recipe with us as her quick and easy 5 minute meal by food journalist and author, Mark Bittman.
-2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Combine the cheese, parsley, and bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Add the eggs and use a fork to gently beat the eggs and blend everyting into a semi solid mixture. The “dough” should be about the consistency of dumpling or biscuit dough. Carefully shape the mixture into patties and set them on a plate or wax paper.
